Shipping & Delivery
All purchases are shipped by the USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or AFPO's. Lisa Mackey Design processes e-commerce orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Lisa Mackey can not be held responsible for unanticipated delays. If there is an issue with your shipping address, you will be contacted by a Lisa Mackey Design representative by e-mail. We will hold your order for 5 days. If no response is received, your order will be cancelled. If you have additional questions concerning shipping and delivery timeframes and fees, please contact Lisa@lisamackey.com International Shipping Lisa Mackey Design will not be held responsible for any VAT charges that may be charges. You will be charged additional fees for international shipping. A Lisa Mackey Design associate will contact you in order to confirm the additional charge at the time of your order. Lisa Mackey Design cannot ship items containing exotic skins outside the United States and the European Union. Python skin handbags can not be shipped to California.

Returns, Replacements & Repairs
Lisa Mackey Design will accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition with tag still sealed and not broken. Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Please mail your order back to: Lisa Mackey Design, 1005 Main Street #117, Pawtucket, Rhode Island 02865. Include a copy of the receipt (or the original) indicating your name or the order number. Repairs Please contact Lisa@lisamackey.com regarding all repairs. Lisa Mackey Design will offer complimentary repair service on any item purchased from www.lisamackey.com for one year after purchase. For repairs on products over a year old, a $30 charge will be assessed to your credit card. Please include your receipt as proof of the original date of purchase. If you do not have your original receipt, a $30 fee will be charged for the repair. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the repair and return to you. Lisa Mackey Design can not be held accountable for unanticipated delays. Your piece will be sent back to you via USPS Ground. Repairs are subject to the availability of the original parts used in the piece.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Lisa Mackey Design makes best eforts to keep our e-boutique updated with current inventory, but given the nature of demand, many times quantities will be limited or sold out before the website reflects this status. If we cannot fill your order but have the opportunity to place it on a wait list, we will inform you via email. We will try to also offr suggestions for other items that may be a substitute. We will contact you via the email you have provided Lisa Mackey Design. Payment Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged for the transaction after the following is complete: verification of your credit card details, receipt of credit authorization, confirmation of product availability, preparation of your order to be shipped and shipping verification. Your credit card is not charged at the time you submit your order. Lisa Mackey Design charges state, local and county taxes to Rhode Island residents on online transactions, as required by law.
